Our Lego® Social Skills groups incorporate evidence-based therapy that helps children learn social skills.
Lego® Social Skills Group teaches children skills like turn-taking, sharing, listening, conversation, teamwork, shared attention and problem-solving.
This is a program for children aged 4-12 years (approximately) who have social communication challenges, difficulties making friends, picking up on social cues, controlling play and understanding different perspectives of others. Children will be matched into small groups of 6 children based on age and social challenges.
Cost is $100 per session ($500-$600 total cost depending on number of sessions). NDIS funding schemes available. During the school holidays the 5 sessions are run over four 1.5 hour sessions.
Facilitated by Niamh Dowling, Psychologist
and Therapy Assistant Denis Hamilton
