Sarah Rostron (she/her)

Sarah is psychologist with an impressive dual endorsement in the areas Educational & Developmental Psychology and Clinical Psychology. She has experience working with children, adolescents and adults in public, private and non-for-profit settings.

 

Sarah has a special interest in working with people of any age who have experienced trauma and relationship difficulties in their lives. Sarah has also worked in various roles supporting the inclusion of neurodivergent people and people with disabilities. Sarah is experienced in assessing, diagnosing and supporting autistic people across the lifespan. Sarah is also a passionate ally of the LBGTQIA+ community.

 

Sarah is also an APS board-approved Supervisor.

 

Sarah has additional training in the following evidence-based interventions:

· Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

· Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)

· EMDR (for treatment of trauma related difficulties)

· Mindfulness-based Therapies
